Mission Statement
Our mission at the Laser Center of Carson Valley is to create a warm, caring and comfortable environment, while building loyal and long lasting customer relationships through our personalized care. We respect your confidence that you have placed with us, and will always regard that relationship with respect and confidentiality. Our laser treatments, cosmetic injectables and other procedures are performed by our trained medical staff, and all procedures are supervised by our medical director. Laser Center is locally owned and operated by Paul and Jacqueline Phillips.

Paul W. Phillips, Jr M.D.Paul W Phillips, Jr M.D. received his under-graduate and medical school education at the University of Wisconsin receiving his M.D. in 1975. After completing a five year residency in Orthopedics at University of California at Davis and University of Louisville, he has practiced medicine in Nevada since 1980. He is Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery, is a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, member of the AMA. During his residency he did a rotation in Plastic Surgery. He has expanded that knowledge by clinical study, attending many hands on courses.

Jacqueline Phillips BSN, MSN, AGNP-C
Jacqueline Phillips graduated from the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center in 1979 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She has a background in neurology, cardiology, pre and post anesthesia, flight nursing (fixed wing) and ambulatory nursing. She opened her business practicing Cosmetic Medicine in 2005 in Gardnerville, Nevada. Jacqueline received her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 2014. Jacqueline Phillips is a Board Certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and is a certified Medical Aesthetic Professional.
